Is an MBA degree the passport to success? September 14, 2009

Well, a management degree from a resonably reputed institute will certainly widen the employement horizon of the student.
It is understood that good institutes intake the graded best candidates from schools at the graduate level. When the companies recruit from such institutions, they believe that an initial round of student elimination has already been in process.

However, just an MBA is not a passport to success in todays world. It depends on how does the candidate actually fit into the system, how she performs in the job role, the role itself. FInally it depends on the cadidates willingness to learn the desired skill sets needed for him to perform and excell in the job.
